Financing Options and Loan Calculator
At Maple Shade Sales and Leasing, L.L.C. we are proud to offer financing
options to our valued customers.  We go the extra mile for our customers with
bad or poor credit to help them obtain financing through a reputable financing
institution.  It is as easy as filling out and submitting a credit application.  Our
staff will take care of the application process, credit approval, making sure you
have all the necessary documentation for your financing, and submitting the
appropriate documentation to your finance provider after the sale.  

Approval is generally within an hour after a review of the necessary information
by our credit processor.

Below is a listing of financing document requirements:

  1. Fully completed credit application form including references for buyer and any co-
    signers.
  2. Valid driver's license with current address
  3. Down payment in full
  4. Copy of most recent bank account statement
  5. Proof of residence (a copy of your telephone or utility bill or lease)
  6. Proof of income (current paystub with YTD income or pay stub without YTD income
    and prior year's W-2 form) for buyer and any co-signers
  7. Letter of employment if off payroll
  8. Notice to Co-Signer Form signed by Co-Borrower (if co-signing loan for you)
  9. Copy of title to vehicle being traded.
  10. Proof of insurance after approval including collision and comprehensive coverage
    and showing deductible amounts and effective dates of coverage.
